Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2026
The UK Adviser Group is committed to ensuring that our websites are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA wherever possible and continually review our digital platforms to improve accessibility.
Our Commitment
We believe that everyone should be able to access information about mortgage and property finance services with ease. Our design and development processes incorporate accessibility considerations at every stage, and we work to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition software and keyboard navigation.
Features We Have Implemented
- Semantic HTML structure to support screen readers and navigation aids.
- Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements.
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive components.
- Descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
- Clear and consistent page layouts and navigation.
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and devices.
- Accessible forms with properly associated labels and instructions.
Known Limitations
Whilst we aim for full accessibility, some areas of our websites may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. This may include certain third-party content or embedded documents. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please let us know so we can address them.
