We are permitted to advise on and arrange mortgages, non-investment insurance contracts and certain home finance transactions. Our permissions are detailed on the Financial Services Register.
Scope of Regulation

Some services we may introduce or refer to partners — including certain bridging finance, commercial finance and specialist lending products — may not be regulated by the FCA.
